She is the author of three healthy cookbooks, TOP 100 OMEGA 3 RECIPES (Nourish, 2009), THE PRACTICAL ENCYCLOPAEDIA OF SUPERFOODS (Lorenz, 2012) and the bestselling SLOW COOKER COOKBOOK (Springhill, 2013). She is developing her profile as a food scientist and food nutrition expert and has contributed to many articles for well-known food journalists and TV programmes. She also runs Health Eating/Cooking sessions with local schools through all age groups.
