After six years reporting as a fitness journalist for the UK’s leading lifestyle titles and brands including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, ELLE and Sweaty Betty, Brit qualified as a REPS registered level 3 personal trainer in 2015 and further specialised as an ante and post natal trainer. This led to her launching London-based classes and training programmes that provide a safe yet challenging fitness platform for her pregnant and post-natal clientele. Her brand Fit Brit Collective has since earned a reputation as ‘SW London’s fiercest and friendliest fitness family’ with a full book of private clients as well as weekly classes in outdoor circuits, bodyweight bootcamps and small group weightlifting. With a newborn herself, she feels passionately about motivating people to fall in love with movement and to feel safe and powerful in the exercise of their choice while they are pregnant. This passion extends to empowering expecting women and new mums to enjoy confidence in their minds and bodies as both mothers and women.
Her book MIND, BODY, BUMP was published by White Lion in 2019.
