A trained Humanistic Psychotherapist, Psychologist and Broadcaster, Corinne Sweet is the author of eight non-fiction titles (see our Self-Help and Happiness section). She has written bestselling misery memories as well as writing nostalgia/historical non-fiction, under her own name and ghosted. Her most recent title is MONEY ON'T TABLE about grit, work and family pride in Nottingham from the 1930s-60s. The book, based on six real life stories, describes growing urbanisation and the changing youth culture, of the day. Corinne is particularly skilled at interviewing people and drawing out poignant stories, as she brings to bear her trainings as a therapist, journalist and writer. Her most recent book is THROWN AWAY CHILD with Louise Allen, to be published by Simon & Schuster in December 2017.
