Ethos won Retail Week Interiors Award for best Leisure Food & Drink Shop of the Year 2015 and Jessica was included in Management Today’s ’35 under 35’ award for high-achieving women in business. She studied nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and today she lives and breathes all things Ethos. She knows the food and wellbeing industries in great depth and is at the forefront of changing the London food scene, helping to make it a more meat-free-friendly place. Indeed, Ethos often welcomes other brands and catering companies for tastings to help them understand how better to cater for the growing demand for meat-free options. Jessica is in demand as a speaker and has spoken at various events including at the LSE, Lorna Jane UK and the University of Surrey. A second Ethos restaurant is planned for 2017, with plans to expand through London and the rest of the UK in the next 3 years. THE ETHOS COOKBOOK will be published by Murdoch in 2017.
