Jill Greenwood is a Manchester-based personal trainer and expert nutritionist. She developed a new food concept called SuperSlaw™ as a solution for clients who wanted to improve their diets by including more vegetables but struggled to find vegetables interesting or fulfilling, and also struggled to find time each day for healthy food preparation. Those who said they were too busy to cook and found vegetables boring were soon asking her for more recipe ideas and suggestions.
Jill works with a wide client-base in the area of habit and behavioural change, being both a professional fitness and health coach, and a probation officer for high-risk offenders. SuperSlaw™ proved so effective that she receives increasing recipe requests from personal trainers, clients, colleagues and social media food enthusiasts. Jill has made 60 of her delicious and healthy recipes available in her book SUPERSLAW by Ebury at Penguin Random House.
