Mandy Manners is one half of the Love Sober Podcast team which aims to discuss and promote a positive, upbeat and concrete approach to alcohol free living.
Mandy has a BA Hons in Humanities from Brighton and a CELTA from Cambridge. After graduation she worked in the arts for a London west end theatre producer, working on Matthew Bourne's ballets. Then for a not-for-profit arts marketing agency in event management, research and writing tenders supporting venues across Sussex. Bilingual, she now lives in France with her husband and two children and worked as a university professor of Business English for a decade before moving into coaching. She has trained with the IAPRC for an ICF accredited dual programme as a certified professional life coach and recovery coach - focusing on the triangle of mental health, trauma and addiction. She will also complete her She Recovers Designation this year, She Recovers has a a worldwide community of +250K. She Recovers already supports Love Sober as an independent entity.
Mandy and Kate are currently writing their first book about sobriety for mothers.
