Sara Davenport is one of the UK’s top health entrepreneur philanthropists and campaigners. Twenty years ago she sold everything she owned to fund the creation of the charity Breast Cancer Haven, now the UK’s 3rd largest breast cancer charity, with five national centres and another three due to open over the next two years. Staffed by doctors and therapists from conventional and complementary backgrounds, The Breast Cancer Haven programme offers one of the widest ranges of therapies available in a clinical surrounding in the UK, and Sara travels the world widely to ensure she is up to date with the latest healing approaches in other countries. The aim is to achieve health through effective, non-invasive, inexpensive methods, working in conjunction with conventional medical treatments.
While The Haven caters for cancer patients, there is a far wider community of people who should have access to the life-changing improvements in health that Sara has seen work for the seriously ill.
To cater for these people she will be launching RebootHealth in 2018, a 2 week residential programme for people who may not yet be seriously ill, but feel under par and want to be in the best health possible. It aims to be one of the best programmes of its kind in the world, staffed by a professional team with years of experience and led by a medical doctor. She is now writing THE WELLNESS JOURNAL, a whole-body guide for readers to monitor and improve their health, step by step. It is fully endorsed by top medical experts, in the knowledge that the future of health is preventative, and this book shows everyone how to regain control of their bodies. Publication is set for January 2018.
