Zoe’s ability to integrate social media with real world support has led to a real breakthrough in the care of people going through loss, a fact that has won her numerous accolades. Awards include the DSC Influencer of the Year, a Prime Minister’s Points of Light award and the honour of a British Citizen Award for Services to Health. The Secretary State for Health appointed Zoe to co-chair a new national review of loss across the NHS and the UK. During the last five years Zoe has become a leading voice on subjects such as baby loss, grief, and family support. She conducts numerous TV and radio appearances each week and has become a regular guest and commentator on BBC Breakfast and ITV. Zoe also writes articles for The Huffington Post.
