Submissions - how to submit a book proposal

Kindly note we only handle non-fiction. We cannot respond to fiction, poetry or children's book submissions.
Please email your submission to submissions@grahammawchristie.com
Graham Maw Christie Submission Guidelines -- how to pitch your book
We prefer to receive proposals and sample text as attachments — and preferably as Word documents. Please let us know if your project is on multiple submission.
We do not handle fiction or poetry. We do read all submissions and respond to all submission emails within 30 days. If we advise you that we are unable to represent your work, please do not infer from this that your work is not publishable. It may be that we are just not the right agency for you. See below for further help in your search for representation.
Please note that we are unable to accept and review postal submissions and anything sent as a hard copy will be recycled.
How do I get an agent?
This is the question people ask most. Our advice is to pitch a timely concept, as clearly and concisely as possible, including all the information above. Please email your submission to submissions@grahammawchristie.com with the title of your work in the subject header and the word 'submission'.
Thank you for your interest in Graham Maw Christie. We look forward to hearing from you.
