Kate BailyKate Baily is one half of the Love Sober Podcast team which aims to discuss and promote a positive, upbeat and concrete approach to alcohol free living.
Kate has an English and Sociology degree and trained as a teacher before becoming a journalist and picture editor. She worked at the Saturday Express Magazine and Express Yourself, the women’s section of the Daily Express before she became a freelance journalist after the birth of her first child. She will become an official She Recovers designated coach this year which has a worldwide community of +250K. She has also gained a certificate with distinction from EDX at Harvard and Berkley Universities in the positive psychology, neuroscientific and evolutionary theories in The Science of Happiness. She now coaches clients in the areas of wellness, self-care and sobriety and works with Mandy to build the Love Sober brand. She started www.lovesober.com in 2017 to be a public site for her previously private blogs on www.soberistas.com. Together, Kate and Mandy are now developing the site to offer coaching, inspiration, a shop and more. Kate and Mandy's first book LOVE YOURSELF SOBER was released in 2020.
