Suzy Bowler has been a chef for over 30 years, from London to Cornwall and then to the Caribbean where erratic food supplies put her resourcefulness to the test and made her an expert at utilising every morsel. Suzy has written for Vegetarian Living, Cornish magazines and Mensa magazine.
