Biography
Finn Prevett lives on the Kenyan coast with her husband and two children. She is a certified business and life coach and business mentor, best known as the co-author of The Positive Planner series, a range of journals created to support mental health and wellbeing. What began as a single self-care journal in 2017 has since grown into four published titles—The Positive Planner, The Positive Wellness Journal, The Positive Student Planner, and The Positive Doodle Diary, with a fifth due for release in 2026.
A multi-business owner from a young age, Finn has built ventures across a variety of sectors, all with a shared focus on helping people simplify their approach to wellbeing and live more fulfilling lives. Her own journey has been shaped by personal trauma, mental health challenges, and undiagnosed neurodivergence, experiences that demanded strength and resilience, and deepened her belief in the power of small, authentic practices to support mental health and foster lasting change.
Drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise, Finn works with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals through coaching, mentoring, and workshops. She helps people move beyond external expectations of what wellbeing “should” look like and instead create practices that feel authentic and sustainable. Her approach empowers clients to develop tools that support their mental health, build clarity and confidence, and encourage sustainable growth—making space for both professional success and personal fulfilment.
Alongside her work as an author and mentor, Finn also runs a collection of coastal holiday homes in Kenya, designed as restorative spaces for rest and reconnection with nature—an expression of her belief in the value of slowing down and creating environments that nurture wellbeing.
