Vex King is the author of The Sunday Times #1 bestseller GOOD VIBES, GOOD LIFE, which has been translated into 39 languages, and the follow up, HEALING IS THE NEW HIGH, also a Sunday Times #1 bestseller. His new book, CLOSER TO LOVE, was published in February 2023 and was an instant hit.
Vex King is a mind coach who came to fame on Instagram and is now much in demand as a writer and speaker. He had a difficult childhood but did well at school, then went on to take a degree in Business Information Systems. After working as a Systems Analyst, he moved into music production where he worked with stars including Tinie Tempah, Wretch 32 and Big Narstie. His work brought him into contact with people who started asking him for life advice, including major sporting stars, and he gradually built up a life coaching/mind coaching business.
On the back of this, he went online to share his ideas with the world and was astonished by the response. He is now leading a revolution for the next generation of spiritual seekers.

The million copy international mega seller GOOD VIBES GOOD LIFE has established itself as a classic in its genre. First published in December 2018 the book spent 123 weeks on the UK paperback non-fiction bestseller list, and was in the top 10 overall bestsellers for 2021.
His second book, HEALING IS THE NEW HIGH, came out in April 2021 and achieved #1 bestseller status in its first week of publication, since then it spent many weeks in the top 20 overall UK bestsellers.
Vex's 3rd book CLOSER TO LOVE was released in 2023 by Bluebird/Pan Macmillan in the UK and HarperOne in the US. It debuted at #2 on the Sunday Times list.
With his wife Kaushal he released a ground-breaking journal THE GREATEST SELF HELP BOOK is the one written by you, a bestseller in its category since publication. In December 2023 they released their second journal, THE GREATEST MANIFESTATION BOOK (Is the one written by you).
In February 2024, THINGS NO ONE TAUGHT US ABOUT LOVE was announced.
